Never really had a bad experience, but today, part of my order was wrong. I ordered cinnamon sugar sticks and got garlic bread sticks delivered instead. 🤷♂️
Called to place an order and went straight to hold. Was on hold for 10 minutes with no one saying to me they’ll be right with me or anything. Just sitting on my phone eating to order.
Worst pizza I've ever had. They never updated the order tracker, so we didn't know it was ready until it was too late. When we called to complain and they told us "We'll it doesn't sound like you like our pizza." They then proceeded to pretend like they were going to send a voucher for a replacement- it never came.
The people that work here are always super nice and always get my order right. Plus small 1 topping pizza for 6 bucks. You can't beat that. Best meatball hoagie around as well
