Service is going more and more downhill as time goes by. the condition you receive your food is hit and miss. More misses than hits lately, Check the "Italian sub" they sent.
Omygosh! I just received my order from the Vocelli delivery man and he brought me some cookies!!! Sweetest man ever!!!! And yes! They have the best food ever!!! Thank you again delivery man!!!!
Terrible customer service. All employees saw me walk in and did not acknowledge me standing there. Each employee looked at me and felt dismissed by each one. Once I was making an order they said they only serve slices and asked how long for a pie, I just received a strange face.
