My daughter and I have been participating in Sally’s kickboxing classes. I regularly workout and this class is like no other I’ve ever experienced! Sally pushes you past your limits and leads by example. She is enthusiastic, passionate and friendly. If you think you’re in your best shape or need a challenge, join this class - it will not disappoint!!
Good energy, quality people. Incredible workout and depth of knowledge accessible to new visitors. Highly recommend.
