Our dog got attacked by another dog at the dog park & had a gash/puncture on his head. Our regular vet was already closed so I called Vo to see if they could see us. They quickly got us an appointment and were so helpful with everything. I would highly recommend them!!
ER Vet was extremely rude that I didn't want to spend $1,500 to run a bunch of tests to see what was wrong with my pet without even an educated guess. What imaging I did agree to wasn't even saved in my pets file so when it got sent to my regular vet, they only had what was notated. Not the actual image. The ER vet couldn't be bothered to even come back to the room to discuss what he had seen. And yes I was charged for that ultrasound.
Blue loves all the care takers at VO Vets Trophy Club and we do too! They are so gentle and know how they make your animals feel comfortable.
I absolutely love VO Vets! I highly recommend them, even if you have a nervous pet like mine. Bridget is especially sweet, she's our favorite ☺️. Her and the vet will take the time to explain whatever it is that might be going on. They don't push anything and make both you and your animal as comfortable as possible during your time with them. Super transparent and ready for any questions you may have! Thanks for always taking great care of my scaredy pup Duck!
I'm leaving this review for the same reason I left a bad review on the last vet that I went to. I asked them kindly not to solicit me with text and emails but every morning I get a text or an email at around 8:00 a.m. that wakes me up even after blocking their number. Please stop harassing me.
