Very thorough and the meds worked. I highly recommend.
Dr. Phalen and her team were excellent. I felt my fur baby was very well cared for and all details of his care were thoroughly explained, with Dr. Phalen even reviewing his dental X-rays with me. I also received regular updates during his treatment which reassured me that he was doing well.
Dr. Phelan and her vet assistant (sorry I can’t remember her name) were great. Their care for animals really came through. I didn’t feel pressured to get additional, expensive services. And they took great care of my fur baby.
Great staff and great care. Followed up with email report, and a phone call the next day.
