This clinic is top tier, very kind nurses and doctors.
They didn’t respect that I had an appointment. I waited for two hours past my appointment time only to be told that the provider was with another patient AND the provider had two more patients to see in front of me. I was going to be waiting another 2-3 hours more to be seen. That’s ridiculous.
Avoid Dr. Juan Velazquez. His lack of good judgment led to the death of my loved one! I am devastated to share that the lack of care of Dr. Juan Velasquez led to the ultimate death of my loved family member. During their last appointment, Dr. Velazquez prescribed inadequate medication and failed to prescribe critical medication to help with my loved ones shortness of breath-a symptom that was clearly documented, communicated, and progressively worsening. I'm Dr. Juan Carlos Velazquez, the one this person is accusing on her review of causing the death of her love one because she has to find somebody to blame for her own guilt, which is revolting in her head..
