Why give an appointment if the doctors will see you an hour later?! So annoying, an hour and 30 minutes just to be seen for 5 minutes. Next time don’t even bother making an appointment just go and walk in, it’s quicker. This isn’t the first time this always happens, full or not full- UPDATE, after the excruciating wait they didn’t even send me the right medication, even after I asked them multiple times and the nurse reassured me but nope, they sent a completely different medication so I went to that appointment for nothing.... read more
best medical staff in the valley, every one is so polite and fast service. Dr. Romero is so knowledgeable and understanding.
This clinic is top tier, very kind nurses and doctors.
They didn’t respect that I had an appointment. I waited for two hours past my appointment time only to be told that the provider was with another patient AND the provider had two more patients to see in front of me. I was going to be waiting another 2-3 hours more to be seen. That’s ridiculous.
Avoid Dr. Juan Velazquez. His lack of good judgment led to the death of my loved one! I am devastated to share that the lack of care of Dr. Juan Velasquez led to the ultimate death of my loved family member. During their last appointment, Dr. Velazquez prescribed inadequate medication and failed to prescribe critical medication to help with my loved ones shortness of breath-a symptom that was clearly documented, communicated, and progressively worsening.
