Went here to get a quote Guy told me 5 minutes. Guy never came out of the shop to give me a quote. Horrible customer service. Left me outside for 20 minutes scratching my head. Guess they really never wanted the business. Heres a reply to owners post. I run a business my self you think I would have a customer wait that long to get a quote that unprofessional if that was the owner painting and he literally smoked about 4 cigarettes while looking at me outside for 20 minutes waiting.
I literally just went in there just so he can give me a quote and he says " IM TO BUSY TO GO LOOK AT THE CAR I ASK HIM WHO IS THE BOSS he says i am " like wow okay this is how they handle customers so rude and unprofessional
I had an amazing experience at VO AUTO BODY. The staff was friendly and professional, and they explained everything clearly. My car looks brand new after the repairs!
