The quality and speed of service was outstanding from start to finish. Vasiliy, the installer, used his many years of experience to make a strong recommendation for the process of installing porcelain tile on our front porch. This was counter to other bids, was a bit more expensive but was definitely the right answer. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other contractors who had pumped up their prices to take advantage of a hot market. We hired VNV to tile our bathroom, kitchen, and entry. Jonathan was great to work with, responded promptly and was very flexible with changes and requests. Vasily did the tile work and was amazing to work with! He was extremely professional, pointed out issues that we wouldn't have noticed, was clear about exactly what he was doing and walked us through it step by step. Ultimately we ended up with exactly what we wanted, and it wouldn't have been possible without such great, thorough workmanship.
I hired VNV Flooring to replace an outdated tile floor in my bathroom and to perform some additional tile/grout repairs in another bathroom. Jonathan was very easy to work with and they were able to accommodate a very short time frame for me, which I greatly appreciated. Vasiliy performed the work and was prompt/dependable, communicative and flexible. He did a great job and I'm happy with the results. I'm also happy to recommend VNV/Vasiliy to others for tiling jobs.
