VNS has sent several people to do assessments but has been ineffective at actually providing the services. I would have rated them negative if I have options. My mom assessment is done more than a week ago. Now they are supposed to send authorizing to PPL-CDPAP so her personal care gets paid. I don’t, what’s taking so long for them to send authorizing. My mom can’t do anything by herself. I have been trying to contact my mom care manager Grace but she will never pickup call. The worst company I ever came across. You cannot get help with billing after trying to do so for over an hour. You don't know who contracted them to visit you, and you don't know how to get them to stop coming because nobody discussed it with you.
