I’ve been having a horrible experience with Vns. My wife was in pain called the emergency number at 3pm vns said they would call me back and never got back to.me totally blew me off. I had to call back and finally got a nurse at 12am. Since then my wife needs meds and still haven’t gotten a script 1pm the next day.
Terrible startup. Impenetrable bureaucracy red tape. They leave unintelligible voice messages and send random callback numbers which go unanswered.
