I had an appointment with Dr. Geoffrey Bossio, and after driving 20 minutes to the clinic, I was told he wasn’t in the office. To make matters worse, they informed me that I needed to see my primary doctor first and get a referral—something they could have easily mentioned when I booked the appointment over the phone. This lack of communication resulted in a complete waste of my time. Very disappointing experience!
Very unfriendly staff at the desk, did not help in any way, and did not give the necessary information
When there in person there are a million people walking around but when you call they do not answer. Guess this diabetic doesn’t really need her insulin that bad anyways…I’ll be lucky to get a call back in a few days.
