STAY AWAY from Sandy, at Baylor Hospital. Her unilateral decision overrode the hospice plans previously discussed with the weekend VNA contact, Vera, who had been working with our family. Vera was compassionate and helpful, and most of the family had aligned on a plan through her. Sandy did not contact Vera before moving forward. Her decision led to my mother being financially exploited after her death in addition to me and another sibling being banned from seeing our mother the last week she was alive. Thank you, Sandy, I w... read more

The folks that work here are very kind. Everyone works really hard to move quickly and bring you the support you need through all hours of the day and night. Our family was really unlucky because the VNA's computer system crashed the day my dad was passing. This led to lots of confusion through repeated paperwork and extra phone calls. Hopefully, this is an issue that gets solved.

Every single person we interacted with was kind, direct, helpful, and responsive. They provided tools, support, advice, and care that made it possible for my mom to die peacefully in her own bed, free from pain, surrounded by her loved ones. They made a difficult time easier and less scary.

VNA cared for my grandmother and took the heavy load off of my mom. We really needed the aide, nurse and social services to give my mom the support to be her caregiver. Her aide Lisa became her best friend and even painted her nails every couple of weeks. It was such a good experience and my grandmother got to live out her last days the way she wanted. Thank you VNA!

Thank you so much to VNA Hospice for the care and kindness they showed my mom during her last days. My mom was on hospice a few years ago but fortunately she improved and then 2 years later I called them back and was blessed to have familiar faces back . I want to thank my nurse, Martha who always supported me and respected my decisions and took care of every need my mom had. My Chaplain, Mark was a comfort and even though mom wasn’t responding he would stand and read scriptures and pray with her and I truly believe she coul... read more
