Our experience with this particular branch of VNA was deplorable. When my father-in-law was released from the hospital and rehab almost 3 weeks ago, he was assigned home nursing care from this brach (arranged by the rehab physicians). He was assigned a schedule of 6 days a week of care by various nursing and therapy professionals. After two weeks of only receiving three days of care which included no showers at all, my wife called this branch to speak to a director and complain.
