This is an awkward review in that I LOVE the caregiver we have from the VNA. She is truly top of the line, and I have worked with at least 35 caregivers over the last 5 years. The VNA, however, is NOTHING like it used to be. Even the “Private Care” section. I will say I understand their Hospice House is still excellent. We have used the VNA Private Care for 5+ years. the communication with management is atrocious. We hired VNA private duty home health after months of using bathing and therapy services with them with satisfaction. They sent people who either were not physically able to help our family member or didn’t show up or showed up super late. The final straw was today when 2 hours after the aide was supposed to show they called us back and said she wasn’t coming when the aide had called out on the the one other day she’s needed.
