We hired VNA private duty home health after months of using bathing and therapy services with them with satisfaction. They sent people who either were not physically able to help our family member or didn’t show up or showed up super late. The final straw was today when 2 hours after the aide was supposed to show they called us back and said she wasn’t coming when the aide had called out on the the one other day she’s needed. Most client I’ve work are so sweet, some client are difficult to deal with, but I also meet a lot of interesting Client, especially those who served in service, I enjoyed listening their story, very interesting. That’s how I like my job .
