My husband broke his neck and is a neck brace. We need assistance in changing the pads on the neck brace which was stated in our requirements to the VNA from Spaulding Rehab. We have had no response from them, left two messages for the supervisor, Julie, no call back. The nurse that visited us says its not her job to help us that it is up to the home health care to visit.
