I’m not one to write a negative review, but Sarah definitely EARNED them this one! Very first time here and boy what an unpleasant experience. I nicely asked SARAH if she could put a second coat of the pink on my toes to match the pink and white of my nails, and she said “NO!! We don’t do that here!” Mind blow I just stayed quiet and in shock. She Then placed me at her table to do my nails as she proceeded to tell me “let first coat dry on toes. This is the second time I try this place out both times terrible. Went in for a pedicure and it was not worth it. I asked for someone who knew how to shape toe nails and I had to guide the woman on how to properly shape my nails. I asked for acrylic on big toes and my left toe looks like a clump. Lastly she didn’t even give me a proper massage which I paid for a 60$ pedicure but felt like a 20$ treatment. If you’re looking for nail techs that are up to date on techniques don’t go here. Went for a work girl's day out. I had such a great experience here. Even with our large group they got us right in. I originally only was going to get a pedicure done but I then decided I wanted nails. I normally do my own at home but I think from now on I'll be coming here. I had a inspiration photo and they were spot on. Absolutely love my nails.
