Absolutely horrible experience with this company and their staff member, Martin. They miscounted the picked-up computers, and the contractor yelled at me, becoming increasingly aggressive to the point where I had to leave the loading dock to seek safety. Martin also forced me to move heavy boxes containing computers because he refused to perform a recount to locate the missing electronics. As a result, I sustained a chest sprain and had to seek immediate treatment at urgent care.
They offer a very bad customer services. They do not do an appointment to receive the shipping. When you contact them to know about your shipping, they do not know the time it will be delivery.
