Schedule appt. for estimate he never showed up or called to let me know he (Ray) wouldn't be able to make it. Appt was scheduled with Lisa from his office 2 weeks ago.. Poor customer service. So disrespectful of other peoples time. Just rude to waste a person time.
VMG has built two houses for us in the City of Lansing. They turned out to be beautiful 1340 sq ft homes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They were able to build them in less than 6 months and they paid attention to every single detail. Ray Garcia is a perfectionist that shows in all of the work that he does.
Purchased a home built by Ray and his team. He was rude, short, and unwilling to work with us for the most basic things, like getting the blueprints for the home after we purchased it. After a month of numerous unreturned calls and messages left on his phone and his business office, we had to physically go down to his office to get any type of response, at which time he acted as if everything was normal.
