Multiple technicians told me part was replaced while I was under the vehicle questioning it due to the component looking dirty / not replaced (they also “couldn’t find” the component receipt). I brought my 2015 Hyundai in last week for a new catalytic converter, spark plug and oil change, and they also ended up needing to put on a new drive belt. Called them after the brakes went out on the company van. They were able to get me in the shop very quickly and replaced both front brakes and get me on my way. Quick, professional and very knowledgeable. If I have issues in Chicago again I will be going to them.
