I brought my car to VMA’s Collision because it was leaking inside, and from start to finish the experience was truly exceptional. They quickly diagnosed the issue and flushed a clogged hose, and my car was good as new in no time. Neil, the owner, went above and beyond—professional, honest, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, they’re not only thieves, but also lie about it. My elderly neighbor told me that after the car accident, his car was serviced by them and upon receiving it back delayed, he noticed that his saved quarters for the meters - a good amount in a ziplock bag, hidden and sealed, (bc he doesn’t know how to use Apps) was no longer there. Your Drivers are absolute menaces to society. They Run Red lights, park on opposite sides of 1 way streets and do not obey traffic laws at all. You are a tow company not undercover police, act accordingly. Very unprofessional especially when you self advertise on the trucks that break laws and cause issues in the neighborhood.
