Very poor experience. Dropped vehicle off, expected a quote. Never received one. Later found out that they just wanted to use my insurance's estimate as their full quote, and never intended to actually give me a fair price. Their price is double that of the most expensive body shop in the area. Utterly useless. Also started work when told to not do so, just to be able to charge. Posted are photos of their ridiculous charges for "breakdown" as well as $400 in "processing fees" (they just made them up in the spot) for talking ... read more
