This is what all bike shops should strive to become. A quality high end shop with super knowledgeable people that are beyond honest. I'm always amazed with Gebhard's approach to sells. I've heard him numerous times tell people that they don't need something even though that may cost him a quick sale. He truly wants long term customers, not just the quick sell. I would, in fact I do quite often, recommend Veloro to anyone that needs a bike, repairs or parts. Keep up the great work
