I have known and done business with Vlattas Metal Roofing For a number of years. Theo is hard-working, honest And runs a reliable business.
Theo and his amazing team turned up on time, happy and smiling. They worked extremely efficiently and had my old roof removed and my new roof installed in one day. The work they have done looks amazing. They have cleaned up and left my property immaculate after the job. Theo was a delight to deal with and communicated well throughout the entire project. It is evident how much pride he and his team takes in their work. Thank you so much to all of you. I am immensely grateful.
After giving clear verbal instructions on three separate occasions (which he understood) as to how a new gutter had to be installed, Theo decided ignore these instructions when doing the job. The job he did is reasonable quality, but a downpipe is on wrong side of house and one bracket has come off another downpipe. Main issue is he now denies ever speaking to me about the install and no longer accepts or returns calls.
