Vlad cut the cost of my repair as stated by the local Mercedes dealership in less than half. You just don't find this kind of honesty these days especially when you are getting a high end car fixed. He has a great wife Linda who manages the service company and a knowledgeable son Vlad who walks in his fathers shoe's with his commitment Excellence. I have personally known Vlad ever since he was the lead at a MB dealership. In my 50+ years of owning an MB, I have never met anyone so knowledgeable about MB products and yet completely open to your ideas and suggestions. He is the most honest and straight forward service man I have ever known. I highly recommend him and his work to anyone wanting and outstanding job done on their vehicle.
