I have been a patient of Dr. Radchenko for the last 20 years. I am very happy with the staff and my treatment. I highly recommend the office. They have been gentle and caring.
He was rude and very unprofessional. He made me very uncomfortable. He did not want to explain any of the work that was going to be done and when I asked he was a smart alec about it. When he decided to drill without Novocaine and I asked why he didn't want to explain that either. I guess it's a new kind of drill, but he seemed irritated to answer my question.
