They had my suv for 3 weeks and every time I called about it they gave me an excuse of another problem with it. They charged me $1700.00 more then what the insurance company said the whole job of replacing three timing chains and a door switch costed. Refuse to do work that they messed up on. I also put $ down for a down-payment on a different car but refuse to give it back when I was denied the loan! And sent my car to me I instantly called and said the brakes are making noise within 5mins car didn't stop I was in the middle of an intersection. What if I was hit by another car I could have been injured.
8-4-2021 VL Motors really “Dropped the ball” 😳 The LV Motors business in Appleton, Wisconsin Didn’t get back with us about purchasing a used vehicle ...after our many attempts with phone calls and texts to kid named Casey (over a two week timeframe). We went elsewhere and bought from a reputable dealership who had much better “customer service”!
They have you drive up to meet them to talk about your build. They act all interested and give you a tour. They say they will get back in contact with you within two weeks. Instead you are left weeks or months out from the initial meeting and they won't reply to emails or voicemails. I think the reason they meet with you in person is to profile you and your car and then they decide if they want to work with you or not. RecommendedThis place is like a field trip to go to. The place is very clean and looks amazing. The employees are very friendly and are true to their word. They offered me more than I asked for in return which I have never seen any dealership/ business do for me. Plus the dog there is very fun and cute :) I will definitely go back there to get car modifications!
They built my motor and it lasted 5 hours and rod bearing disappeared. Whole motor is junk and they claim it's not their fault. I spent $8k and did not get a penny back. Do not go to VL because they do not warranty their work.
It cost me 3600.00 to fix there bad work. DO NOT Trust them. Did nothing to help just made excuses. They dont know what there talking about
Came down from Minnesota to get some parts installed and a dyno tune on my 2016 Subaru wrx sti, it took time but was worth it in the end definitely and awesome experience seeing my car make pulls on the dyno and would definitely recommend getting any sti tuned and/or parts installed at vl pretty happy with how the car runs and drove 4 hours with no issues and lots of fun with it!😅
