Very lousy attitude. Heena the lady helping me slammed the phone by stating "just shut up" while I was very politely explaining her my ask. Even if she disagreed with me which is OK, this is NOT a "professional" attitude. That should summarize what level of customer service to expect. I will also be taking it up with better business bureau for the verbal abuse. Good luck to all!
