Let's start with the positives. Excellent Foundation, Frame, and Kitchen / Bathrooms. As you'll see with other legitimate reviews (Order by 1 Star first), VK Homes are absolutely woeful with their post hand-over customer service. Calls, Text, Emails will be ignored or issues will be refuted or blamed on sub-contractors. They will pass the buck where they can.
