We are extremely disappointed with our experience with VK Homes. The property they built on Stilt Street, Aintree has encroached onto our land, as confirmed by a licensed land surveyor’s report. We raised this issue directly with them and even provided all the necessary documents and reports they requested. Despite multiple emails, messages, and follow-ups, we have received no response or acknowledgment from their side. Let's start with the positives. Excellent Foundation, Frame, and Kitchen / Bathrooms. As you'll see with other legitimate reviews (Order by 1 Star first), VK Homes are absolutely woeful with their post hand-over customer service. Calls, Text, Emails will be ignored or issues will be refuted or blamed on sub-contractors. They will pass the buck where they can.
