Bad experience with stylist Nina at this salon . I had a family emergency do a car accident for a daughter that lives in southern state and called ahead . I’d paid Nina $750 1/2 deposit for my appointment of color / cut / extensions. Nina was upset and basically ghosted me stating it would be “weeks bevote i could get in but not offering any alternative appointment days or times “.
