Very disappointed! Their software, at least the version that we have, is not Diconde compliant. Tag's are incomplete. Service over the years has suffered greatly with charges becoming ridiculous. We swapped out an old DDA for a new one, purchased from a competitor, and they struggled, and still do to get the software to recognize it properly.
