Amazing how big it is and how much stuff they have
I'm a private consumer that was trading in a tankless hot water heater under warranty for return. So they really didn't have much incentive to care about me. Yet the few people I dealt with were all excellent. From my phone call, counter employee, and warehouse workers. All were VERY professional, and courteous! Seems like a great company. Thank you!
