12/8/25 Update: well now I'm NOT a happy customer. I paid $1836 dollars for the replacement Tankless Hot Water Heater. It was a full warranty replacement. Once Navien received my old unit, FW Webb would reimburse me. They reimbursed me $1700. NOT the full $1836. When I called to ask why, they said they would look into it. 2 days later I received a call saying if I gave them my credit card, they would refund me.
