Called on a Friday afternoon after seeing a mouse in my apartment while working from home. VJ had Ben at my place in 45 minutes when every other exterminator I called was going to take hours. Ben caught it, then found and patched every potential entry point, and educated me on what he did. All around great experience and they gave me some much needed peace of mind. I recommend them to anyone needing an exterminator in a pinch.

I awoke at 6AM to what I thought was a flying cockroach. Called VJ in a total panic hoping I could get emergency extermination. They were able to send Victor that very same morning who did a thorough inspection, trap laying, and spraying. He checked my vents and pipes and other hiding places. Big thank you to Victor for coming out so quickly!
