I’ve been going here for years but they messed up my glasses and didn’t want to fix them… Never again.
Dr. Donabedian and his staff are absolutely amazing. He took me same day for an eye emergency and was wonderful! I am so so appreciative of him & his staff. If I could I would give more than 5 stars!!! Thank you again to everyone who helped me today :)

Their service is impeccable. Dr Donabedian, is very prompt and professional, I have never experienced a more courteous and professional doctor that literally cares for his Patience's the way he does, the staff is very friendly and always happy to help you.
J’ai fait affaire avec plusieurs lunetteries et jamais je n’ai eu même pas le quart de la qualité du service que j’ai avec VIZUALIS avec qui je suis depuis au moins dix ans déjà. Je ne veux absolument pas du tout faire affaire avec une autre lunetterie que VIZUALIS. Il n’en est absolument pas question. J’ai eu un problème avec mes yeux qui aurait pu être assez grave et Dr. Shant Donabedian l’a pris trés au sérieux et il m’a rapidement référée à un ophthalmologiste.
