This place is not horrible; the few regular staff they have with any longevity seem to care about residents. BUT, There are having huge problems with staffing, management and billing due to a recent aquisition of Vizown being purchased by The Avenues. So, DO NOT PAY THEM UP FRONT! They are not legally allowed to demand full payment of 100% of your deductible as well as 100% of your max out of pocket BEFORE admission.
