I finally feel like I have the right dentistry practice. My hygienist Meaghan worked magic to clean my teeth that were long, long, overdue. She was so gentle! My gums (which bleed) haven't felt this good in a long time. I returned to get a cavity filled and Dr. Viznyak was impressively fast and alert to my comfort. Not only did the he wait until I was completely frozen, he blanketed a cold tooth with a bit of gauze during the filling, just tucked that tooth in with a little blanket. Very efficient and great service from all the staff from the receptionist to the dentist. A morning call about a broken molar got me an appointment before noon the same day. While I expected to loose the tooth, the dentist managed to restore it even though the break extended below the gum line. Not the fastest or most comfortable appointment but I was very surprised at the excellent outcome.

0/10 horrible place, Very disappointing experience. The manager is unprofessional, lacks knowledge, and speaks disrespectfully to people. There’s little compassion or understanding for patients without insurance or those on HSO/ODSP. The attitude toward these patients is dismissive and unkind. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere — Also employees are unhappy and the staff turn over is rapid, Obviously because of management.
