This review is for Saxon in Chichester, I guess part of the same group. Saxon repaired my car under my insurance after a RTC. They collected my car, repaired and cleaned it, then returned it very promptly only delayed by a weekend. The repairs look excellent and the car was returned very clean both inside and out. Because the repair was carried out through my insurer (NFU) I can make no comment on the normal booking system.
Highly recommend this car body shop. Very pleased with how my recent claim was handled, and the high standard of repair. I believe there used to be two receptionists, but now there is only one, and Phoebe was most helpful and accommodating, even though her workload has increased with no other receptionist to help her. Phoebe is a credit to your company.
Very good service from the team in Maidstone. Friendly, clear explanations of everything, good regular updates throughout the repair process, and overall a very professionally completed job. Would 100% recommend. Thank you.
