My problem was too expensive for how much my car is worth so I decided not to fix it, they spent a lot of time explaining to me what the problem was and even quickly replaced a fuse. They didn't charge me at all for the diagnosis and the fuse, extremely kind and professional

Had some rust repair done on the hatch of the car, 2 years later it has come back in exactly the same spot. The car is kept inside and is not daily driven, when contacted about the issue they said no kind of warranty work can be carried out on rust repair, yet nothing was said when the work was carried out or mentioning possibility of rust coming back or having any issues.
