First of all they where located inside Macy's. I was shopping when I came upon Len Crafters. I asked a couple of questions and within mins I had an eye exam and glasses. The doctor and associates where very professional courtesy as well as friendly. I am taking my sons back to get there glasses. One thing for sure they was much better then that other place I went to... American who.
