I own a cbr1000rr with a vizi-tec exhaust valve servo simulator. Bike has a code 35 for this servo. Could not get any support on testing unit,not even ohms specs to rule it out being bad. They boast a lifetime warranty but never asked if I wanted to return it. So now I will buy a used servo install and put there unit in the trash bin.terrible customer support.
I purchased a servo eliminator kit for my 07 yamaha r1 and loved it. Loved it until it died a little over a year into using it. This is getting the 5 star rating for the amazing customer service I received when asking for a replacement under warranty when it failed. They asked me to run a few basic diagnostics before condemning the unit which I was able to do. Shared emails with an employee by the name Bernard Lautee who was completely condescending and rude. I am using google friendly words here.
