Been living here a long time now, old HOA was bad and new one is even worse! We have contacted them many times for a deposit check we gave to rent the party room about 4 months ago and we have yet to receive our money back! Every time we reach out to them, they give us a different excuse and also not to mention that they also messed up the reservation for the day of the party!
