I have had horrible experiences with insurance agents in the past but I was so impressed with the woman I spoke with on the phone at David Insurance. We are hoping to buy a condo in Door County so I called with lots of questions about getting insurance. She was patient, very personable, and great at explaining the answers to my questions. I genuinely enjoyed my conversation with her. Cross your fingers that we get the condo because we are looking forward to working with David Insurance in the future!
This pertains to Steve at the Sister Bay, WI location. I contacted him for a commercial insurance policy for a construction business and transportation equipment policy. I contacted him over 30 days ago. He initially showed up 1+ hours late for our appointment and was a no-call no-show initially.
