Measuring and ordering was extremely clear and concise. Painting at shop was done extremely well. Shutters were easy to install and we were very pleased.
Took months to get a replacement shutter. It was supposed to be fired brick which is a dark red/burgundy color. The shutter we received was a cross between Tennessee volunteer and Texas Longhorn orange. As much as we paid, as long as it took to get it and the solution to fix it was for me to take it to a shop locally to have it repainted. They refused to admit that any mistake was made which clearly it was. I wasn’t mad that a mistake was made in the paint color/finishing process, but they refused to fix it. We are thrilled with our custom shutters from Vixen Hill. Andrea was great to work with and very patient as we navigated getting the right shutters for our home. They were just hung and we are thrilled with the results. Our stone home never looked so beautiful.
