Very disappointing experience. I paid extra for express shipping, but my order still arrived late. There was no proper communication or explanation for the delay. The shipping company was unreliable, and the customer service was terrible. They were slow to respond and not helpful at all. Paying for express shipping was a complete waste of money. I expected a much better service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company and will think twice before ordering again.
