I would never recommend this establishment unless you are looking to feel like a long term loyal customer and then to basically be 'stabbed in the back' by error and lack of professionalism. I've been loyal here for Botox and other treatment and recently embarked up on a wallet friendly laser deal. This laser disfigured my skin and also has affected me emotionally and physically. I've been coming to Vixen Aesthetics for many years now for Botox service with Leann. However, after my visit today, this will be my last time coming to this office for the horrible service from the minute I walked into the place. First, my appointment time wasn't met to appropriate standards. Excellent experienced staff. Highly informative, they go over everything with you prior and post care, putting you at the utmost ease. The atmosphere is that of elegant ambiance. The staff clearly care about their patients. They have the most amazing skin care products, and direct you to the products you need. They don't sell you products you don't need just to make money. The worst of the worst! WORST of the WORST! I bought a Groupon for the I-pixel and Photo facial, paid $399. After a long consultation, I was talked into spending an extra $200 (my mistake) that was for the i-pixel. i was told to do the photo facial at least 3weeks after the pixel.
