I recently had a very concerning experience at this salon. The lack of attention to detail was evident as Allison clearly did not use enough toner on my hair. The result was far from what I had hoped for, with uneven color and brassy tones throughout. It was apparent that the stylist, who had her 8-month-old baby with her, was quite distracted during the process. Versy did a wonderful job on both myself and my mom’s hair and makeup. We were both very impressed with our hair styles and the makeup Versy did. The waves on my hair were absolutely gorgeous and held up throughout my wedding. I also received many compliments on how well my makeup was done. Thank you Versy!

I called several salons in town on a whim because it was my birthday, I asked for a same day appointment hoping someone was available. One or teo salons got back to me right away but unfortunately they were either unavailable or full. The beautiful ladies at Vixen not only immediately got back to me but they were able to fit me in, last minute, same day! Versy did my make-up for my graduation photoshoot & she did an absolutely phenomenal job! She was understanding & happily moved my appointment when my photographer ended up sick & had to reschedule the shoot on their end, and even came in to the shop for just our appt that day! I cannot express how much love I have for Versy and her team after they provided hair and makeup services for our wedding. Versy is so quick to communicate and every single one of my bridesmaids have said what an amazing job they did, and how fast they were too!
