Spent about $4500 on a patio sliding door, and the first day it was installed, when opened, the screen door would fall out onto my deck. I spoke to them and they informed me I had to adjust the wheels. I adjusted them several times, but the screen door continually falls out when opened. Five stars for Chad Damby, the Viwimco Rep in Delaware. Great service! He came to my rescue when a heavy window came off its hinges while I was cleaning it. Since I was unable to replace it, he came to my house after hours to fix the problem. He is very professional and very competent. He is an asset to the company..
