The technicians are always great! Very happy with their talent and advice. Tweety is an exceptionally talented artist ! All of the nail technicians are wonderful and kind! I've never had a complaint.
I don't understand how Tweety gets so many great reviews. I had her today, and she was awful. I'm really wondering if it has anything to do with my race! Yes, I was 3 minutes late, but she was still servicing a young lady. There was no need for her to be so rude, rough, abrupt, and unprofessional. I always go to Lydia, but unfortunately, she was on vacation today. She is the only person in this place who knows how to treat a customer consistently well!
I’ve been going to VIVY Nails for 4 years! All technicians are superb! Tweety and Tina are especially fabulous!
