½ An absolute flavor explosion, but pack your patience! If you are looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine, Viv's is the real deal. Every dish I've tried is packed with incredible, bold flavor—the spices are perfectly balanced, and the meat is always incredibly tender. The jerk seasoning is smoky and fiery, and the oxtail literally falls off the bone. ½ Worth the wait (literally).
Once you’ve tasted this pure Jamaican food, you will never want to try any other place. The service is friendly and if you’re lucky enough to meet Viv, the owner, you’re in for a real treat. She is funny, intelligent and an incredibly soulful person. I would recommend her callaloo, jerk chicken, and dumplings. It goes down beautifully and never repeats itself.
Viv’s Catering is reliable and excellent food. They provide tasty Caribbean food, especially their holiday meals (Christmas, Easter, etc). You can rely on getting more than enough food to feed your family. Love everything they serve.
Came for the Father’s Day brunch and food was amazing. Viv has great energy makes the space warm and embracing.
