Vivona Construction agreed to sell me a used wine refrigerator. I picked up the item from the seller on 12/6/2024. Nicholas Vivona asked me to pick the item up from the Vivona Construction garage in Research Park Stamford and before selling it to me showed me the unit plugged in in a garage where the ambient temperature was 29 degrees Fahrenheit.
