VIVO Massage is a community based massage shop. It provides relaxation, deep tissue and remedial massage. It also cater for customised massage and NIDS customers. We do provide couple massage, double massage that two massage therapists do massage for one customer at the same time. We do reflexology for feet, acupressure Chinese massage and cupping as well. We have HICAPS Rebate available.

Massage was okay but the place has dirty carpets, you can constantly hear sounds from the neighbouring woolworths which makes the massage distracting and they don't have many staff so your masseur will doubling up as a receptionist if you're having a foot massage. Also they wear plastic gloves when they give you a foot massage which you feel dirty and also doesn't feel nice on the skin. Definitely don't recommend.
Iris is the best massage therapist I have ever met in Melbourne. She’s very friendly and attentive, she knows exactly where my muscle sore is and treat it.

"I can't say enough good things about Iris! Her deep tissue massage was incredible. She's extremely professional and clearly very skilled at what she does. She found all the right spots and worked out knots I didn't even know I had. I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived, she is extremely good, and always puts in alot of time and effort when working on me. Highly recommend!"
This was the third time my appointment was cancelled without notice. Yesterday, I called at 1:15 PM and booked a 1-hour full body massage with Iris for 2:45 PM. When I arrived on time, they casually told me they were "too busy" and might be able to fit me in at 5 PM. No prior call – just a shrug. I had to leave frustrated and inconvenienced.
