I’d them 5 stars for every other time I’ve been there, but sadly today I asked for 30 mins massage and the lady went for 45 minutes without my knowledge. I explained this to her as she went to massage my legs which is not part of the 30min routine. The sad part is I was expected to pay an extra $20 for 15 minutes that I didn’t ask for. It’s poor business on there part as it was not my fault and I didn’t get what I asked for. I’m sorry to say but I probably won’t be returning as it made for an unpleasant experience.
