I’d them 5 stars for every other time I’ve been there, but sadly today I asked for 30 mins massage and the lady went for 45 minutes without my knowledge. I explained this to her as she went to massage my legs which is not part of the 30min routine. The sad part is I was expected to pay an extra $20 for 15 minutes that I didn’t ask for. Really bad massage, told the therapist at least 7 times during a deep tissue massage to apply more pressure, she was just wasting time massage softly and oddly while talking to the other therapist loudly throughout the massage. It was such a waste of money and time, $100 for what?? Not going here again.
