Best place to live they have a gym and pool/ sauna and game room area and laundry room and etc.
Moving in was real easy staff was very helpful but I wish they we’re up front with there pest control issues! I had to go spend 50 dollars on roach medicine and sticky traps and roach hotel traps. Besides the roaches this seems like a great place to live quiet at night no crazy activity. UPDATE it’s time to pay rent here and I’ve emailed the vivo email address provided with no response! I’ve left 2 voicemails because no one answered the phone with no call back. I’m not even sure why they have number on google because obvious... read more

They’ll take money out of your banking account without warrant. Be weary, and watch your funds. And, go into your apartment unbeknownst without a maintenance request filed. They took over $1K from account unwarranted. And, put it in an offshore Chase Bank Account. They constantly keep breaking into my apartment. I’ve tried to report it to police, but to no avail. Do not rent here they will break into your apartment, and mess with your things. They will mess with your money.
