I can’t possibly say enough good things about this infusion center. The staff (shoutouts to Haley and Jolinda) are all incredibly kind and professional. Everyone makes sure I’m comfortable for the entire duration of my treatment. They ensure everything is sanitary and that I’m informed of what’s going on at every step of the infusion process. If I could give Vivo Infusion Southlake more than 5 stars, I would!
I have been to Vivo Infusion in Southlake, Texas twice in the past two weeks. Many thanks to Cheryl Mailloux in the call center for her diligent efforts in getting me in for two infusions of Ocrevus before the end of the year. She called me daily to let me know her progress in coordinating with my health insurance and approval for the medicine, and for getting both appointments scheduled. VIVO is an amazing place! Everyone is so nice! Both nurses at the Southlake location went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Especially Eileen, when I told her I was starting to have a reaction to my medication, she responded immediately and paused it. The chairs are comfortable with their own personal TV and they provide pillows and snacks. They also give you a blanket and headphones to keep to use for your next visit. I would definitely recommend any VIVO location for any treatment needs.
Easy checkin. Great RNs. Easy and fast needle work. Clean.
Love most of the nurses, forget their names but makes me feel comfortable every time!
